Driscoll's Giving

For more than 20 years, Driscoll’s has invested in the communities where we live and grow – guided by our vision of enriching the lives of everyone we touch. That vision comes to life through the partnerships we cultivate, the services we help grow, and the local leaders and initiatives we champion.

Each year, we set aside 4% of our operating income for our Driscoll’s Giving program, helping ensure our communities flourish alongside our business. Since 2005, we’ve awarded $29 million in grants and sponsorships, supporting thousands of local initiatives that enrich lives of those we touch across 13 countries.

Our philosophy of giving is simple: we invest in people and places so they can thrive for the long term. The program links our business, workforce, growers, and environment through shared purpose and care. It’s built on collaboration – employees and growers working hand in hand with local partners to spark new ideas, respond to urgent needs, and uplift communities.
